In the geometric drawings Gnosick (Javier Iglesias Algora, b. Madrid, 1977) produced around his 2017 exhibition Ataraxia Geométrica, hand-drawn sacred geometry becomes an invitation to what one critic called serenity of soul and body. Reverie 18 is rendered in silver ink, its reflective line tracing the stellar maps, circuits, and abstract systems that recur across his work. Iglesias, also the founder of the experimental-culture platform Belio Magazine, treats each drawing as a channeled, meditative act in which intuition dictates the composition line by line.
