Stephen Hawking (2001), an artist's proof of Moojedi's best-known image: the physicist's face emerging from myriad straight lines of varying densities, laid over a ground of hundreds of multi-digit numbers in sequential rows — a portrait of a mind, drawn in a style the artist said could not exist without a computer. The V&A holds the lithograph edition (1/7, fingerprint-stamped); this proof's medium and size differ from the documented edition, so it wants a physical check — look for the fingerprint stamp and AP notation.
