Nousu (III & VI)

Jussi Jokinen (Finnish, b. 1977) is a Tampere-based visual artist who came to generative art through 1980s home-computer pixel graphics and two decades of design work. He draws with pen plotters he partly builds himself, treating the machines' construction and imperfections as inseparable from the finished work; individual drawings take hours to days of machine time.
