Antigoon

Antigoon makes graphic art with drawing machinery he builds himself — plotters that draw in charcoal, computerised fire extinguishers, machines that wield spray cans. The Ligature series, of which this is one, is part of that output; a later Ligature for Graffitecture was editioned through the STRAAT Museum in Amsterdam, the institution given over to graffiti and street art, which is the tradition his machines are pointed at. He is one of the hundred artists surveyed in Tracing the Line, the book on drawing machines and pen plotters that is also in this library.
