Description
Hard-Edge Exploder, a two-color silkscreen from the Exploder series, made the same summer as "Automatic Writing" — Watz's July 2011 solo at SUPERFROG Gallery in San Francisco's New People building, presented by the San Francisco Film Society's KinoTek series with Warhol Foundation support. The show ran his generative geometry from screen prints to 3D-printed sculptures out of his MakerBot residency; that same July he taught a Processing master class, which is exactly the class of class that started this collection.
