Juan Rodríguez García

Juan Rodríguez García is a Mexican generative artist who grew up in Veracruz and works in Puebla, where he teaches creative coding at Universidad Iberoamericana Puebla. He came to code through architecture — Grasshopper first, then Python, then Processing, which stuck — and his influences run from Manolo Gamboa Naon to Manuel Felguérez's La Máquina Estética. His projects include Reflejos and Forma y Orden on fxhash, Caminos (Bright Moments, Mexico City, 2022), and works in the Le Random collection. As the eighth link in Please Respond (2026) he answered conceptually rather than reusing code, texturing dense radial scenes of human figures with the seven artworks that came before his.
