Jacob Joaquin

Jacob Joaquin first learned to program on an Atari 400 using a BASIC cartridge, sparking a lifelong fascination with code as a creative medium. He holds a BA in Music Synthesis from Berklee College of Music and an MFA in Composition: New Media and Integrated Media from the California Institute of the Arts. His work spans generative art, creative coding, and interactive systems. He is an active contributor to Disorient, an international arts collective, and has developed generative projects for artists exhibited by Pace Verso, Sotheby’s, and Art Blocks.
