Dorothy Danziger

Dorothy Danziger (1921–2016, dates per the Rago Arts attribution) is a genuine mystery: her entire documented footprint is a single screenprint. Galaxy #1 (1970), number 5 of an edition of 5, signed and hand-dated October 27, 1970, surfaced at Rago's Prints Unlimited sale in November 2024 — and no specialist database, museum record, or archive checked has any further trace of her. The space-age title and the screenprint medium suit the era, but any connection to early computer art is unproven. Sometimes a collection holds a question mark on purpose.
