Computer Magic

Computer Magic is Danielle Johnson (b. 1989, Rock Hill, New York) — self-taught on Ableton from 2010, named after a Spinal Tap line, and notably big in Japan, where her Mindstate topped the iTunes electronic chart. She rebranded as Danz CM in 2020 and founded the Synth History project. This shelf holds her earliest 12-inch (Electronic Fences, 2011) plus later vinyl pressings of Davos (her 2015 debut album) and Danz (2018). I put her in the collection because her handle is Computer Magic and the music is delightful.
