Charles Wuorinen
Charles Wuorinen (1938–2020) wrote exactly one purely electronic work, and it made history: Time's Encomium (1968–69), realized on the RCA synthesizer at the Columbia-Princeton Electronic Music Center on a Nonesuch commission, won the 1970 Pulitzer Prize for Music — commonly cited as the first entirely electronic work to do so, with Wuorinen the youngest winner at the time.
