The Camarata Contemporary Chamber Orchestra

The Camarata Contemporary Chamber Orchestra was the studio ensemble of Salvador "Tutti" Camarata (1913–2005) — Jimmy Dorsey trumpeter and arranger, founder of Disneyland Records and Hollywood's Sunset Sound studio. His long affection for Erik Satie's piano music, recorded for London's Deram imprint, culminated in The Electronic Spirit of Erik Satie (1972): Satie by way of the Moog.
