The Bre Pettis Collection of Computer Art

Bosi Li

Bosi Li is a Carnegie Mellon artist working the seam between art and human-computer interaction — a CMU Art & HCI undergraduate (2025) continuing into the HCI master's program, with a solo show of modular woodblock prints ("Puzzle Life," The Frame Gallery, February 2025) already behind her. In Golan Levin's Drawing with Machines studio she put the machine to work on metal: copper plates scribed and burnished by plotter along generative patterns she coded, surfaces that read differently every time the light rakes across the incised lines. Shown at the Bantam Tools Machine Arts Gallery in Peekskill, January 2026.
