Aleksandra Jovanić

Aleksandra Jovanić is a Serbian artist, programmer, and educator from Belgrade, Serbia. She holds a doctorate in Digital Arts and a BSc in Computer Science, and her practice combines interactive art, art games, generative systems, data visualization, and optical illusions. Her recent work often investigates how systems shape perception, using code to explore accepted ideas of truth, reality, and visual knowledge. Jovanić’s work has been exhibited internationally with venues and platforms including Unit London, Feral File, Vellum LA/Artsy, Galerie Data, Art Blocks, and Art Basel with Tezos. Alongside her art practice, she teaches at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade, the Faculty of Applied Arts, and the University of Arts in Belgrade, bringing together digital art, computer science, and new media education.
